[NOWNEWS] COMPUTEX ran for four days across the Nangang Exhibition Center and TWTC Hall 1. Vyin AI, the AI technology brand under Gamania Group, exhibited for the first time this year, showcasing its robot brain's retail capabilities across two scenarios: general retail and highly regulated pharmacy retail, highlighting both proactive and trustworthy applications. Its robot brain, the conversational sales intelligence hub Vyin RIS, has drawn strong interest from major US and Japanese retailers, with proof-of-concept (POC) results expected by the end of this year.

Global AI adoption is moving rapidly from technology deployment to commercial monetization. Gamania Group has made AI a core group strategy. Beyond its gaming business, the group has invested heavily in AI R&D and big data applications since 2020, positioning AI as its next growth engine. Through Vyin AI, Gamania Group is transforming innovative AI technologies into scalable AI products and solutions, shaping a new growth curve for the group.

Eyeing the opportunity in retail AI infrastructure, Gamania Group's Vyin AI unveiled its conversational sales intelligence hub, Vyin RIS (Robotic Intelligence Solution), at COMPUTEX 2026. Integrated with NUWA Robotics hardware, the demo covered two scenarios, general retail and pharmacy retail, giving robots labor-saving capabilities such as promotional guidance and product recommendations while logging customer conversions and hesitation points to capture the full sales process. According to the brand, one year of subscription costs roughly the same as one to two months of in-store staffing, promising substantial labor savings. POC validation is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
